» Borrower co-owner with thirdparty-CERSAI
In CERSAI provision is made for entering the details of third party who is mortgaging the property. If you select Property owner as 'NO' in Borrower Tab, then you will have to mandatorily fill up the Third Party details. Otherwise the site will not accept the transaction. If the borrower itself is the owner, then you need not enter details of third party. But you should select Property owner as 'Yes' in Borrower tab page.
A special circumstance may occur when both the borrower and third party will be co-owners of property. In such cases, you should enter property owner as 'Yes' in Borrower tab page and then in the third party details the names of third parties can be entered. The site will accept this with no problem.
